Visiting our office
Our Kulasworth office sits on Holly Boulevard, a ten-minute drive from the Kulasworth train station. Street parking is available directly outside, and there is a public car park on Elm Crescent, a two-minute walk away. If you are driving from Melbourne CBD, allow about fifty minutes via the M1.
When you arrive, reception is on the ground floor. Let them know who you are meeting and they will direct you to the right room. We have a small lounge area with coffee and tea if you arrive early.
For interstate visitors, the nearest airport is Melbourne Tullamarine, roughly an hour by car. We can recommend accommodation nearby if you are attending a multi-day program and prefer to stay in the area rather than commute.
What to expect after you reach out
Once we receive your enquiry, a member of our team will review it and respond within one business day. If your message includes enough detail about your situation, we will suggest a specific program or coaching arrangement in our reply. If we need more information, we will ask a few targeted questions rather than scheduling a long call prematurely.
When you are ready to explore a program in depth, we arrange a forty-five minute discovery conversation. This is not a sales call. We want to understand your context: the challenges your leaders face, the outcomes you need, and any constraints around timing or budget. After that conversation, we send a written proposal within five business days.
There is no obligation at any stage. Some people contact us months before they are ready to commit, and that is fine. We would rather you start at the right time than rush into something that does not fit.
